Natalia López, winemaker at Cava Garambullo, will guide this Wine Talk on The Aesthetics of Winemaking—its snapshots, its visual moments, its poetry. She sees these as ways of witnessing transformation and listening to the language of each wine.
Too often, we use too many words to capture something already clear in a single image. This gathering invites us to embrace another way of validating the story each wine has to tell—an experience for lovers of art, design, and the aesthetics of life.
An exhibition featuring the art of Shinji and the chromatographies of Cava Garambullo will also be presented, with selected pieces available for purchase.
